Parents, carers and professionals are invited to a learning event which helps adults understand children’s and young people’s online world.
The “Walk On Line” will help adults gain a greater understanding of how children are using social media and the internet. Organised by Thurrock Local Safeguarding Children Partnership, the event will look at the dark side of the web and the risks of exploitation as well as what can be done to reduce the risks.
The event is taking place on Thursday 23 May 2019 and there are two sessions available: 10am to 1pm and 6.30pm to 9pm. The venue is to be confirmed.
