Do you have a learning disability or know someone that does? Come along to a free event this November to discuss keeping healthy with a learning disability.

A one-off, free event is taking place in Thurrock on the 27 November to discuss what is available in Thurrock to help people with learning disabilities to stay healthy.

The event is for people with learning disabilities, their families and their supporters and is about what people with learning disabilities can do to live healthier lives. Some important issues that will be discussed include the importance of a healthy weight, mental health and wellbeing and the flu vaccine.

The event takes place on Tuesday 27 November at Orsett Hall, Prince Charles Avenue, Orsett, RM16 3HS. It starts at 11am until 3pm with drinks available from 10.30am. There will be free food and drink.
