Whether it's improving them today or helping to shape them for tomorrow. Local Healthwatch is all about local voices being able to influence the delivery and design of local services.
Not just people who use them, but anyone who might need to in future.Healthwatch gives people a powerful voice locally and nationally. At a local level, Healthwatch will work to help local people get the best out of their local health and social care services.
Healthwatch Essex Feedback Centre
If you have had experience of health services in Essex, you can now write a review of your care on the Healthwatch Essex website.
The online Feedback Centre gives you the opportunity to share their experiences of health and social care and read about the experiences of others.
Currently people can review their experiences of hospitals, hospice services, opticians, dentists, care homes and pharmacies, but in the coming months, new services will be added, including GP practices and mental health services.
By sharing the feedback with local authorities, local people’s opinion will directly influence decision-making on designing and delivering local health and care services.
Feedback will also help service providers to help them develop their services accordingly.
Visit the Healthwatch Essex Feedback Centre to see reviews and write your own.
